We are often left to deal with one of the most challenging times in our life all by ourselves because no one knows what to do, the common advice people get is to just "give it time", which is a poor advice to a very complex and painful situation.

Hearing your friends and family say "it will get better with time" dosen't bring much ease to painful thoughts that keeps swirling around your head.

The thought of seeing your ex moving on with someone else or finding out that they are happier without you can be like a dagger to your heart, the thoughts keeps you up at night and makes you exhausted in the morning. When thoughts like these start to infect your mind it can become very difficult to function as a normal person and keeping your life together.

That’s right, this coaching is not for everyone. It’s a life-changing education, and like any meaningful form of personal growth, it will require your time, energy and practice. The ones who have the greatest success in their recovery from coaching have these four things in common:

You’re coachable.

I don’t expect that you need to agree with every word that comes out of my mouth; I believe you to be very capable of thinking for yourself. But I do expect that our goals are exactly the same; to help you recover as effectively as possible and create a strong and emotionally healthy life that makes you feel happy, confident and fulfilled with or without having somebody else in your life. This implies that I need to be able to speak freely about how you can get to this point and give you honest feedback and reflection to help you on your way. This requires that you are open to change, growth and are willing to do what it takes to get there.


You’re fundamentally healthy.

I am not necessarily focusing on physical health with this title, when I say fundamental health I am focusing on all the overall picture that includes all areas of your life. Fundamental health is referring to your lifestyle and standars you have developed for yourself. I expect you to value and care for your own health whether it's to be your mental, emotional or physical. Dealing with a breakup can temporarily put your overall health off balance and that is okay, but if your standars where off-balanced even before your breakup occurred it's going to be very difficult for me to help you. As a coach I am not a therapist or a medical practitioner.

You can afford coaching.

I’ve consciously made the coaching price within an rage that most people who is serious about getting over their breakup and creating strong fulfilled life for themselves could consider. I've come to realize that people who are ready to invest in themselves and their personal growth are the ones who gets the results they want. People who continuously seeking out to avoid making any financial investments tend to not be serious enough to make the commitment for reaching their aspirations. After all, nothing is more worth then investing in yourself.


YOU TAKE ACTION.

Some people can hear a good idea, not implement it and then end up complaining about what happened because they never did it. If fits your self-image, coaching might not be something for you. There is often two type of people, smooth talkers, and smooth doers. Usually, the smooth talkers are not very good at doing and the people who are really good at doing and taking action, are not always a that smooth of a talker. I only work with action takers because those are the people who actually will learn and grow.
